Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the event you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange within 5 days for a store credit that's good 30 days.

All items are inspected diligently before being shipped to check for damages, holes, etc.

RMA form must be filled out before the item can be returned, email us @ttohthatsme@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may receive a store credit.

Shipping
We shipped USPS priority mail, which takes 2-3 days, depending on your local postal service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN MERCHANDISE.PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.
WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE, WE ASK THAT YOU CHECK YOUR ADDRESS TWICE BEFORE ORDER IS PLACED. (We will not replace items, that the address was enter in wrong).
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
